GoogleI moved to Canford Heath 6 months ago, Kyle and David could not have done more to help me with the purchase. There were delays with my sale and my own agents were useless to say the least, but because of the help and professionalism off Kyle and David it all came to a happy conclusion for me and of course their client. Would I recommend them,- you bet I would.

GoogleIf Carlsberg had an estate agent !! Had a lot of dealings with numerous estate agents recently as sold two properties and bought one, if only I could have dealt with Kyle and his team for all our transactions!! Very professional, friendly and helpful, and they do what they say they are going to do without all the usual bulls**t that gets estate agents a bad name. Well done.

GoogleI would give Kyle, David and Marcus 6 stars if I could. I had a very extended sale due to loosing several buyers along the way. Each time this happened they efficiently got on the phone and more viewings were arranged. If you want a proactive agent then use Austin&Wyatt on Canford Heath. As other reviews have said all my questions were answered and NOTHING was to much trouble. Thank you for making a very stressful sale a little bit easier

We were both so pleased with the quickness of them coming out to valuate our property to then placing our property on the market. David met us at the property and picked up on our love for our future house straightaway. However, the absolute star of the team was definitely Kyle who kept the chain going and offering support every step of the way. GoogleWe recently bought a property being sold through Austin and Wyatt and have been very impressed with their service. Kyle who managed the sale has been fantastic and worked hard to ensure the sale went through, chased the other agents and solicitors regularly where other agents were not communicating. We believe that this sale may have fallen through if not for Kyle and his perseverance. We would recommend this agent to anyone considering selling a property as their service far exceeded any agent we have dealt with before.
