Just this weekend moved, we had excellent support from Lara from start to finish she made the move so easy and smooth which helps with the moving stress. Would definitely recommend Austin & Wyatt, whenever I sent a email I always got a reply and never had to re chase. We are very grateful for the help and support we recieved on our journey. Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.

After using Fin from Austin and Wyatt, we won’t be using any other agent again. Finley was extremely professional and talked us through everything when it came to renting out our property. He answered every question we asked in a timely manner and was always there to pick up the phone. Fin and Andy found us a tenant after one viewing and had them move in 1 hour after our previous tenant vacated, leaving no void period! Amazing service! Incredibly reliable! I encourage anyone looking to rent out a property to give them a call.

We have bought and sold properties over our life and this experience was top class! We are so impressed. Fantastic Customer Service! Professional and Expert Attention to Detail from an incredible team who despite hurdles put up at the last minute achieved a great result on Deadline! We were initial introduced to I Am Sold by Jack Chorley of Austin Wyatt Estate Agents. Jack has a lovely personality and manner that takes the stress out of selling property. A pleasure to have him take charge! Without Jack explaining this Modern Method of Selling we would not have known this option. It was a tough and slow market with nothing moving. Jack set up and liaised with Nathaniel Gore at I Am Sold who together with Jack Ody at Austin & Wyatt who managed the online auction marketing and sales. Both were hard working, with excellent sales and communication skills. I would recommend this process as a great way to sell and buy property. Once the auction was achieved we saw the true team work involved. Austin and Wyatt with I Am Sold and Medway Law made for a cohesive team of experts with the best communication I have experienced. I commend them for achieving this as few in the industry do. From instruction through to completion the I Am Sold Team were in synch! It wasn’t plain sailing but because of the systems in place and the dedicated team WE ARE SOLD! A spectacular performance and I wholeheartedly thank Jack C, Nathaniel, Jack O, Emma C, Ellie J and Megan L - and highly recommend I Am Sold to everyone who requires sales excellence!

Never ever again

We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!

Austin & Wyatt have been amazing at helping me find somewhere to rent. Working part time as a single mum has meant finding a landlord to take me in my situation has been difficult - but the team were so helpful, especially Yvonne, who tenaciously put me forward to landlords and called me with new properties regularly. I felt like a priority and I felt valued as a tenant when other agents let me down. They always called me back when they said they would and they were patient and understanding. We purchased a house through Austin and Wyatt. This involved the sale of my apartment. What should have been a simple sale with my property, became hugely drawn out due to other parts in the chain causing frustration. Despite what ended up being a long period of time because of this, Laura and the team managed to keep our onward purchase on board. Laura was also chasing right up and down the chain to secure this deal. It worked out well for us all in the end, but the majority of that was down to Laura's direct efforts within the transaction. We found both Laura and Charlie with whom we dealt with from Austin and Wyatt, extremely helpful and responsive. We would use them again and we highly recommend them. They are excellent problem solvers and a great local company. Thank you for helping us secure our home.

Viewed at a property and put in an offer the same day. Had a phone call 24 hours after asking if i still wanted to proceed with offer. Confirmed yes and was told i did not have a mortgage in principle. Please be aware i had sent this before a viewing where a mortgage broker had already sorted the paper work for a confirmed mortgage and illustration. I was told to use there in house mortgage broker as would help with the sale for an offer i had put in for. Sent numerous of documents to this broker. I was then was told at the end by them that they would find me another property ( I could buy for higher then what i had viewed and sent documents within 24 hours of being asked). I asked if the property had gone and why i did not have any communication from the estate agents to confirm this. I then recieved a call after i complained to the mortgage broker about clarity and communication. Basically wasted my time when they knew the property had gone to try get myself to buy another property. I had seen numerous of properties by the estate agent on email for my properties that i had said time and time again dont meet my preference. Why was i completing this process if had already been sold to another buyer. When i spoke to the branch i was told i know its dissapointing. As i explained as i previously brought and sold a home that was not my issue. it was the lack of proffesionalism, clarity, communication and not responsive. If looking for an estate agent that wont waste time please do not use. Will not use this estate agent again for other buyers who dont want time wasted when selling their own home currently.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
