If there we a 6th star I would give it. Kyle Nichols at Austin Wyatt has been exceptional throughout the sale of our property in a challenging market. You’re often told there isn’t much difference between estate agents. Having worked with another agent before Kyle, I can say that the person looking after you makes an enormous difference. Kyle brought experience, deep knowledge of the market and a genuine commitment to achieving the best value for our home while moving the sale forward efficiently. He followed through on every promise. He was available when we needed him, proactive in keeping things moving and generous with his time. What particularly stood out was his willingness to help beyond the sale itself. He took a personal interest in our onward property plans and offered advice and assistance even where there was no commercial benefit to him. That says a great deal about the care he takes with his customers. Kyle clearly takes real pride in his profession. DO NOT ENGAGE!!! Phone and earbuds were STOLEN from our home as multiple people were allowed UNSUPERVISED access. We've been living here for 6 months, paying our rent on time with no other issues, and we've already had 2 property inspections, handymen left right and centre sent by the landlady to fix whatever at her whim, and a viewing in our absence. Never in my life have I felt so unsafe, not to mention that the flat is in town centre and DAILY there are people doing drugs and overdosing on our doorstep. I am beyond disappointed! I still can't believe that my own things were stolen from what was supposed to be my home!! Who steals from a young mother with a baby in her care?! What kind of a messed up human being does this, not to mention that the agency have epically failed to secure our home during all of these visits! When you allow visits in your tenants' absence you assume THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF RESPONSIBILITY! You must ALWAYS SUPERVISE ANY VISITORS!

We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service. Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed. He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated.
