Such a shame really, had so much potential in the beginning! Jarred was really helpful through out the viewing and very informative, just a shame he isn’t a man of his word. Any time I want information I had to call (they said that they’ll call first). After all of that they went completely ghost and haven’t heard anything in weeks! Will be avoiding all Austin and Wyatt estate agents from now on!

Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.

We purchased a property through Austin & Wyatt and from the initial inquiry to picking up the keys we received excellent communication (with us and the Estate Agent selling our property etc.) and service. I know that it is a whole team effort to market and sell a property but would like to single out Madeleine for her professionalism and commitment when the problems cropped up (which they do). We are now in our new home and loving it. We didn't even need to chase to have the For Sale / Sold sign removed. Thanks Team.

Never ever again

We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!

Michael was very helpful at the introduction. We chose A&W over three other local agents. However, things went drastically wrong after that. The photography (a 'professional' photographer in a tearing hurry) was very poor; lots of overexposure, and failed to actually capture the relevant features (eg stools chopped in half at breakfast bar, missed a feature wall, and had to be called back from the road for missing photos). When the Particulars were sent the photos were unsatisfactory. A&W said they would correct this, but when particulars were resent - they sent the same photos even though we had discussed and approved other photos for use - including some that we took ourselves, to supplement the poor ones. There appears to be little communication between the staff, and even less with the clients. As a result we decided not to continue with this agent having lost faith: if they couldn't even get the particulars right, what sort of service would they be able to provide further down the line? Would not recommend.

We've received a very professional service from Richard and his team. We approached A+W to take over the management of a difficult tennancy. Where we had not been able to gain access to carry out an inspection, Richard persisted and managed to complete one which gave us valuable information to support our future application to the Courts for possession. As part of this process, Richard served a Section 21 Notice and afterwards gave us valuable guidance and support throughout the Courts process. I just wanted to take some time out of unpacking, after moving into a property from Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst. Lloyd who has been my main contact has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, when ever I have had a question (and I have had a few), he would go out of his way and get me the answer as soon as he can. There was a bit of a delay with old tenants moving, but I was kept updated regularly. I found the property on Rightmove and A&W's write up of the property was spot on. I have had contact with most of the office I believe when calling in, if a message is left with someone other than Lloyd, it gets to him and he calls you back. A&W have been super professional from start to finish and I'm sure they will be going forward too. Thank you to Lloyd, Richard and the rest of the team.
