Fantastic agent - Michael and his whole team were exceptional. We tried several agents in the New Forest before coming to Austin Wyatt and i could not praise them enough. They really know how to sell, they are very proactive, they keep you posted all the time with proper feedback. I never had to chase them once. The change in activity and viewings within days of appointing them, after 6 months on the market with other agents, was dramatic. They didn't just land a lucky sale either, they worked incredibly hard to get the right buyers and the exact price we wanted, in a very difficult market. Finding somewhere to live and moving is never a straight forward or easy process and this will be my fourth rental in the past five years and first in the New Forest. The service I have received from Austin and Wyatt has been exceptional. From initial enquiry, through to viewing and setting up the tenancy each member of the Lettings Team have been outstanding. In particular the service provided by Bonnie is setting up the necessary steps in advance of the move. With a stress free move day already planned I cannot rate the service of the team more highly than this five star review.

Advised them I would be looking to put property on marked May 2024 - 6mths away and would contact them nearer the time. Ever since I have received 'hard sell' communications and pestering in multiple media forms. Communication between employees non existent. I recently tried to arrange a viewing of a property, I contacted them on Friday and they called me back on the Saturday as I was heading out the door so told Gem I would call her back in an hour when I was on the train. When I called nobody answered so I left a message amd nobody bothered to phone me back. On Tuesday I sent another request and got a call on Wednesday morning which I missed so called back at lunch time and left a message with a man and nobody returned my call. I called again Wednesday evening and left a message with someone for Gem to call me back and she never did. I just phoned AGAIN to organise a viewing only to be told they weren't taking anymore appointments for viewings. So annoying as if someone had bothered to come back to me in the first place this wouldn't have happened. She asked if I would like to be put on a list in case anything else came up but I don't think I'll bother, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for someone to phone.
