We didn’t give Kyle the easiest of tasks as we wanted to sell discreetly without online marketing. He kept our property in mind and seized the opportunity to book a viewing when a suitable potential buyer visited his office. Fortunately they liked our property enough to make a final offer of exactly the sum we were seeking. They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences but we can honestly say that with Kyle at the helm we felt no stress whatsoever. He is very proactive in pushing the process forward, maintains good working relationships in his dealings with clients, solicitors and other involved estate agents and is willing to go over and above the call of duty.
