Austin and Wyatt go above and beyond on their customer service - my 90 year old father has recently sold his house through them and they have been superb, regularly coming round to help him with paperwork and being very understanding about having 4+ calls a day from us to get updates. Before we went with Austin and Wyatt we went with Purple Bricks - we got one viewing in 3 months. Total waste of money. Within one week of signing with Austin and Wyatt we had several viewings because they proactively found potential buyers. We dealt mostly with Michael and sometimes Greg, and they were both endlessly supportive and patient - so thank you both very much :-)

So this is a tough review to leave, and let me explain why. Upon entering the office I found a gentleman sat back in his chair using a vape talking to another gentleman behind him. The second stood up and introduced himself as Ben the sales manager. I ask if they did lettings and Ben was most helpful and took my details as he explained Andy the lettings manager was on the phone. Andy became free and gave me the advice I was looking for reference letting and the benefits of long term over holiday let’s. I left satisfied with my visit even tho a little surprised a large letting agent would allow staff to vape in the office, with the service of Ben and the information given by Andy I would have to give a 5 star, for the vape using guy I would suggest giving up as it can kill!!

Last year when i tried to sell my flat in Madeira Road i had nothing but problems with the independent estate agent i used. they wanted 1.5% as well which frankly i agreed at the time but in hindsight was a terrible decision. austin and wyatt have managed to sell my flat at a reasonable fee and for the level of service they provided i couldn't fault them. Never have i had an estate agent who i could actually contact on a Sunday. their service is second to none and in this messy market thats what you want. I would give Kyle, David and Marcus 6 stars if I could. I had a very extended sale due to loosing several buyers along the way. Each time this happened they efficiently got on the phone and more viewings were arranged. If you want a proactive agent then use Austin&Wyatt on Canford Heath. We used Austin and Wyatt's Canford Heath branch and I have to say the service we received was really first class. Our experience of other Estate Agents has been honestly awful so it was a lovely surprise to speak to an agent who is honest, professional but very friendly and approachable too. David mostly dealt with our sale and was extremely organised, helpful, friendly and always did what he said he was going to do - a rare thing these days! Later on, due to the complicated nature of things we were also being dealt with by Kyle, the Manager who was also fantastic and definitely went over and above! Despite the whole process taking months, he was super organised, always knew exactly what was going on and was professional but friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but I would absolutely recommend these guys, they were amazing, just what you want from an Estate Agent (but didn't think you could get!)

We didn’t give Kyle the easiest of tasks as we wanted to sell discreetly without online marketing. He kept our property in mind and seized the opportunity to book a viewing when a suitable potential buyer visited his office. Fortunately they liked our property enough to make a final offer of exactly the sum we were seeking. They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences but we can honestly say that with Kyle at the helm we felt no stress whatsoever.
