GoogleI've been using Austin & wyatt lower parkstone estate agents for the last two years , with excellent mortgage advice from Emily to an utterly fantastic rental management team consisting of Nic and Chloe. They always go above and beyond for me , one phone call or email and the problem gets sorted....that day ( usually in that hour) CAN NOT RECCOMEND ENOUGH 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

GoogleI would like to thank the team at Austin & Wyatt (A&W), headed up by Hannah Palmer. The sale and purchase process was quite drawn out, frustrating and lengthy. Although A&W were acting on behalf of our vendor they kept me up to date with progress at every stage. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe have just started renting a property with Austin & Wyatt. I must say that Nick from the Lower Parkstone brach made the process easy and very straightforward. We had questions along the way, which is normal and the time spent to guide us through them is very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

GoogleThis has been by some measure the best estate agent office that I have used for a house sale, which was especially valued by me after an extremely poor service from Purple Bricks. The Lower Parkstone office of Austin Wyatt is dynamically led by Hannah Palmer, who was tenacious in her efforts to get my apartment sold. She has imbued the same spirit in all her staff, who work collegiately together in a very notable way. I was always kept informed and regularly telephoned, or sent text messages to keep me up-to-date with proceedings. I cannot rate Hannah and her team too highly and unreservedly recommend them to vendors seeking a swift and efficient service.

GoogleHannah worked tirelessly with my flat sale, and answered all of my queries quickly all the way through the process. I think A&W are a little more expensive than some other agencies but to be honest, I'm a true believer in you get what you pay for, and their service was top notch. Amelia was also excellent, and I'm really grateful for everything both Hannah and Amelia have done over the last 4 months. Thank you!

GoogleWe recently completed the sale of our Property in Poole through your Branch in Ashley Cross, Lower Parkstone, Poole and have to say the service and help we received was superb from every angle and by everyone involved in the process from start to finish. Initially we chose Austin Wyatt through contact with Scott Sowter, which continued even when later Scott moved to Berkeley Homes we were more than ably assisted by Rob Love and the whole process completed by Hannah Palmer who was very much in the driving seat bringing this to a satisfactory conclusion. We should mention too Nicola Vorster for her contribution. There were a number of problems over almost 10mths and we're grateful for everyones contribution in driving this along, but no more so than Hannah Palmer during those final 3mths. As well as writing to you we have certainly endorsed this fact with all our former neighbours and will continue to endorse your service for years to come. John & Tim

GoogleWe used Austin and Wyatt's Canford Heath branch and I have to say the service we received was really first class. Our experience of other Estate Agents has been honestly awful so it was a lovely surprise to speak to an agent who is honest, professional but very friendly and approachable too. David mostly dealt with our sale and was extremely organised, helpful, friendly and always did what he said he was going to do - a rare thing these days! Later on, due to the complicated nature of things we were also being dealt with by Kyle, the Manager who was also fantastic and definitely went over and above! Despite the whole process taking months, he was super organised, always knew exactly what was going on and was professional but friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but I would absolutely recommend these guys, they were amazing, just what you want from an Estate Agent (but didn't think you could get!)

GoogleKyle Nichols has been the most amazing support for me when buying my property. For various reasons my moving in date has been postponed on numerous occasions which at first wasn't a problem but eventually became very frustrating for that reason it was always Kyle I turned to sometimes very angry. Kyle always responded amediately, if he was not able to give me an anwser at the time he would come back to me within a couple of days with an one. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kyle for all the support I recieved in the time I was going through the process of purchasing my new home.
