GoogleThe lettings staff at Austin and Wyatt ( Richard, Louise and Lloyd) were extremely helpful throughout the letting process. They gave me advice and were always available to help me. Despite it being December they soon found me suitable tenants so it was all wrapped up before Christmas. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleFantastic agent - Michael and his whole team were exceptional. We tried several agents in the New Forest before coming to Austin Wyatt and i could not praise them enough. They really know how to sell, they are very proactive, they keep you posted all the time with proper feedback. I never had to chase them once. The change in activity and viewings within days of appointing them, after 6 months on the market with other agents, was dramatic. They didn't just land a lucky sale either, they worked incredibly hard to get the right buyers and the exact price we wanted, in a very difficult market. Micheal is a proper old-school agent who knows his trade very well and has great team around him. By far the best and most proactive agents in the Forest. 110% satisfied customer

GoogleI contacted Austin & Wyatt during lockdown and had a response that we could go as soon as restricts lifted. Kyle called and let us know we could go and see the house on the day of restrictions being lifted around housing and left us to look around abiding by social distancing. Any questions he didn’t hesitate to answer or find out. He has been so helpful the whole time as we had some issues with my partners ID being he’s in the army but Kyle kindly guided us through. I would highly recommended Austin & Wyatt and make sure you ask for Kyle!

GoogleThe member of staff who showed me round the property was very professional and did his job well. However this company is very sneaky with hidden costs they dont tell you about until after you have paid a holding fee, in my case I had to pay £500 holding fee. If I backed out I would loose that money. So on top of two months rent up front I also had nearly £1000 in hidden charges which they should state BEFORE you pay the holding fee. It was a massive amount of money and I went in the estate agents happy with things and came out fuming. I'm not blaming Nathan as I'm sure this is "COMPANY PROCEDURE". A new law has come out to stop these charges so they will probably add a grand to the fist months rent to claw it back @A&W be honest with you customers and not mislead them! All cost should be made clear from THE START.

GoogleADDED ON BEHALF OF Cassie & Gary Munnoch Selling our house was proving difficult and it had been on the market for 4 months with Purplebricks. It was on the market off the market and so on. Then Sarah knocked the door. She asked if she could help sell our house and gave us a run down of how Austin & Wyatt work. She said she had some people looking for a house in the area. We agreed to sign up as we really needed help. Within 3 days our house was sold! Just like that! Happy buyers happy sellers and happy Sarah. I would definitely recommend. They were professional and trustworthy, which is exactly what we needed after giving someone else our money for nothing! It's true what they say..... you get what you pay for!!!

GoogleThis is a fantastic agency. They are caring and fastidious in their actions for clients. I was selling a house and the team were attentive and communicated well . Nothing was too much trouble Sarah who was my main point of contact was really helpful knew her business and was brilliant. Scott initially opened the conversation about how to market the house and was an invaluable leader of the agency leading to a successful sale. I was very pleased.
