GoogleI just wanted to take some time out of unpacking, after moving into a property from Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst. Lloyd who has been my main contact has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, when ever I have had a question (and I have had a few), he would go out of his way and get me the answer as soon as he can. There was a bit of a delay with old tenants moving, but I was kept updated regularly. I found the property on Rightmove and A&W's write up of the property was spot on. I have had contact with most of the office I believe when calling in, if a message is left with someone other than Lloyd, it gets to him and he calls you back. A&W have been super professional from start to finish and I'm sure they will be going forward too. Thank you to Lloyd, Richard and the rest of the team. Maddy showed us round the property and was knowledgeable about relevant details and also flexible and helpful about arranging potential viewings. Mike back in the main office was also exceptionally prompt at ringing and informing us as to how our purchase was progressing and always only too happy to help. GoogleWe chose Austin & Wyatt on Canford Heath to market our property as we felt that of the valuations we had, David had the best grasp of the local property market and impressed us with his attitude. During exceptional circumstances due to COVID, the viewings were well managed and we received prompt feedback. Having accepted an offer, Kyle kept us regularly updated by phone and email throughout the process. The chain stalled a couple of times and Kyle took the initiative to help resolve the issues. We feel that this level of service is rare these days. We are so glad we chose Austin & Wyatt.

GoogleBeen renting for 2 years now and what i would appreciate the most is you guys actually answering your messeges whenever i call about something important such as rent, ect. I wont hear from you guys for atleast a week to 3 months until you guys decide to call me whenever you feel like. Even my landlady answers quicker than you guys which says quite alot about what you guys do. And please dont tell me to email country wide or whatever it is,i doubt they'll respond
