We viewed a property with your company and then needed, at late notice, a second viewing. This is when we met you! Punctual and prepared and enthusiastic. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who enjoys their job. You knew so much about the property it really helped us to make a decision. Now that we are settled in our new home I have time to reflect on the selling of our previous home. For us it was a most traumatic experience as we were caught up in the crazy stamp duty deadline. Kyle Nicholls is the most dedicated person you will ever come across. His client care is second to none. He kept me updated constantly and NOTHING was too much trouble. When I couldn't find a removal company he was researching and phoning to get me moved. Not his job. GoogleDavid and Kyle were both excellent! Always kept me up to date with everything that was going on from viewings down to the feedback from each potential buyer. They were always at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions or doubts about any of the process. Kyle has made the end of the process so easy and always reassuring me, as well as keeping on top of things and making sure everything was on the move in the right direction! We have had some quality banter along the way too! So happy that I choose these guys to sell my house and can't thank you all enough! Despite choosing to buy right slap bang in the middle of the Covid lockdown, my whole transaction was handled utterly professionally by the staff. I cannot thank Hannah & Kerry enough for the excellent work that they put into the whole experience. All of my enquiries were handled perfectly. Both ladies were always quick and efficient at replying back to me, and updating me when necessary. Austin & Wyatt are a long standing and well known company, that I bought one of my first properties from, many years ago. Therefore I had no hesitation in using their services again. For anyone contemplating using the company, and especially the excellent Lower Parkstone branch, I would thoroughly recommend them. Ask for Hannah or Kerry, and you can not go wrong.
