GoogleWe chose Austin & Wyatt on Canford Heath to market our property as we felt that of the valuations we had, David had the best grasp of the local property market and impressed us with his attitude. During exceptional circumstances due to COVID, the viewings were well managed and we received prompt feedback. Having accepted an offer, Kyle kept us regularly updated by phone and email throughout the process. The chain stalled a couple of times and Kyle took the initiative to help resolve the issues. We feel that this level of service is rare these days. We are so glad we chose Austin & Wyatt.

GoogleKyle, David and Marcus have been absolutely amazing. They told us they would sell our house within a week and they did. We can not thank you enough. Now that we are settled in our new home I have time to reflect on the selling of our previous home. For us it was a most traumatic experience as we were caught up in the crazy stamp duty deadline. Kyle Nicholls is the most dedicated person you will ever come across. His client care is second to none. He kept me updated constantly and NOTHING was too much trouble. When I couldn't find a removal company he was researching and phoning to get me moved. Not his job. GoogleDavid and Kyle were both excellent! Always kept me up to date with everything that was going on from viewings down to the feedback from each potential buyer. They were always at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions or doubts about any of the process. Kyle has made the end of the process so easy and always reassuring me, as well as keeping on top of things and making sure everything was on the move in the right direction! We have had some quality banter along the way too! So happy that I choose these guys to sell my house and can't thank you all enough! GoogleBeen renting for 2 years now and what i would appreciate the most is you guys actually answering your messeges whenever i call about something important such as rent, ect. I wont hear from you guys for atleast a week to 3 months until you guys decide to call me whenever you feel like. Even my landlady answers quicker than you guys which says quite alot about what you guys do. And please dont tell me to email country wide or whatever it is,i doubt they'll respond

GoogleI was looking for my next flat to move in and I was really satisfied with the service from Austin & Wyatt. Whenever I emailed or called them they were always very responsive and they really gave me consulting. They listened and considered what I was saying about the type of flat I was looking for and suggested me those when new available flats got on a market. She hosted the viewing for us and she was able to tell us everything about the property and handled the whole process. GoogleWe loved our experience with Austin and Wyatt. We approached them in July to sell our 3 bedroom house. They worked with us to get us the quick sale we wanted at a price we were happy with. Within three weeks we had accepted an offer. Manuel in particular was excellent and kept us up to date with our chain and any developments. He was available almost 24/7 and gave us a fantastic level fo service. When viewings happened, they were professional, safe, COVID secure and even took into consideration our house rabbits! We had a fairly big chain and the level of communication between myself, Estate agents and solicitors has been first class.
