Asked a guestion about properties they might have which would be suitable for buy to let, someone was supposed to get back to me, still waiting 4or5 weeks later, very poor!!

Very responsive and quick. Many of the formalities are done online including reference checks agreement and reporting issues. It would have been nice if the property was checked more thoroughly before i move however the issues observed were not major and duely acknowledged.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was moving from Spain back to home town Bournemouth and struggled with so many agents to have a video viewing, have friends view for me etc. Spoke to Megan at Austin Wyatt and she has been amazing from start to finish. Amazing staff, very friendly. Happy to help in any way. I have emailed several times with questions and queries during my move to one of there properties a week ago. Paperwork has been managed quickly and the whole experience wasn't as stressful as first expected. All made easier by how helpful the staff are. Very impressed, would definitely recommend ☺️

I just rented my property with AW and I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with their service. I live in London and was not able to travel to Bournemouth to rent the house - however I left it with the estate agents and they managed to do everything without me even having to visit.
