GoogleI have just purchased a property via the Lower Parkstone branch of Austin & Wyatt. Despite choosing to buy right slap bang in the middle of the Covid lockdown, my whole transaction was handled utterly professionally by the staff. I cannot thank Hannah & Kerry enough for the excellent work that they put into the whole experience. All of my enquiries were handled perfectly. Both ladies were always quick and efficient at replying back to me, and updating me when necessary. Austin & Wyatt are a long standing and well known company, that I bought one of my first properties from, many years ago. Therefore I had no hesitation in using their services again. For anyone contemplating using the company, and especially the excellent Lower Parkstone branch, I would thoroughly recommend them. Ask for Hannah or Kerry, and you can not go wrong. GoogleWe purchased a retirement flat completing late in 2020. Hannah & the team were really helpful, friendly & professional. So often as a purchaser you do not hear much from an agent after the deal is struck until the end of the process. However, Hannah & her colleagues were very proactive at chasing solicitors etc every step of the way. We would certainly recommend. P&B

GoogleI just wanted to take some time out of unpacking, after moving into a property from Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst. Lloyd who has been my main contact has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, when ever I have had a question (and I have had a few), he would go out of his way and get me the answer as soon as he can. There was a bit of a delay with old tenants moving, but I was kept updated regularly. I found the property on Rightmove and A&W's write up of the property was spot on. I have had contact with most of the office I believe when calling in, if a message is left with someone other than Lloyd, it gets to him and he calls you back. A&W have been super professional from start to finish and I'm sure they will be going forward too. Thank you to Lloyd, Richard and the rest of the team. Maddy showed us round the property and was knowledgeable about relevant details and also flexible and helpful about arranging potential viewings. Mike back in the main office was also exceptionally prompt at ringing and informing us as to how our purchase was progressing and always only too happy to help. GoogleNick, Richard and Louise have been amazing. Each of them has assisted me from the start of my journey, to where I am now. As a first time tenant they explained the whole process step by step, answered any questions I had, liaised with the landlady on my behalf and always had time for me. Nick worked with my timescales which was of immense help and made my life so much easier. I cannot recommend them enough for their guidance, communication and ‘can do’ attitude, if one was on leave the others were up to date on events which is both professional and heartening. A really positive experience and I both thank each of them and highly recommend this great team.
