GoogleWe have been looking for a house in the area. We are in rented having sold in March and won't require a mortgage. Hannah Palmer is the only agent to follow up, propose new listings and give ideas and recommendations on local trusted builders. We hope that we can buy from such a professional but we certainly will use her or recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've been using Austin & wyatt lower parkstone estate agents for the last two years , with excellent mortgage advice from Emily to an utterly fantastic rental management team consisting of Nic and Chloe. They always go above and beyond for me , one phone call or email and the problem gets sorted....that day ( usually in that hour) CAN NOT RECCOMEND ENOUGH 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you for your wonderful 5* review and recommendation. I will, of course, make sure your kind words are passed on to our local team. Best wishes, Scott

GoogleI would like to thank the team at Austin & Wyatt (A&W), headed up by Hannah Palmer. The sale and purchase process was quite drawn out, frustrating and lengthy. Although A&W were acting on behalf of our vendor they kept me up to date with progress at every stage. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you for your wonderful recommendation and 5* review! I will of course make sure your kind words are forwarded to our local team. King regards Donna.

GooglePurchasing a new home for elderly relative. Hannah and the team were very helpful. We appreciated their support while trying to complete the purchase during Covid situation. Hannah was great at keeping us up to date with what was happening. We got more information from her than from our solicitors. GoogleThis has been by some measure the best estate agent office that I have used for a house sale, which was especially valued by me after an extremely poor service from Purple Bricks. The Lower Parkstone office of Austin Wyatt is dynamically led by Hannah Palmer, who was tenacious in her efforts to get my apartment sold. She has imbued the same spirit in all her staff, who work collegiately together in a very notable way. I was always kept informed and regularly telephoned, or sent text messages to keep me up-to-date with proceedings. I cannot rate Hannah and her team too highly and unreservedly recommend them to vendors seeking a swift and efficient service.
Thanks Robert for the wonderful 5* review and recommendation! It's great to see that the Austin & Wyatt team once again provided a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Best wishes, Lucy.

GoogleI was so grateful to have Hannah deal with the sale of my Mother’s property. She was friendly and polite and always professional, keeping me updated at all times. The sale turned out to be a difficult time for us as a family but Hannah was always there for us when we needed her. We would also like to thank Amelia who ensured any messages got through to Hannah.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHannah worked tirelessly with my flat sale, and answered all of my queries quickly all the way through the process. I think A&W are a little more expensive than some other agencies but to be honest, I'm a true believer in you get what you pay for, and their service was top notch. Amelia was also excellent, and I'm really grateful for everything both Hannah and Amelia have done over the last 4 months. Thank you!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback and 5* review! I will make sure your kind comments are forwarded to our local team and their Regional Director. Best wishes, Scott
