Austin & Wyatt, London Road, are currently selling the flat I've been a tenant at for over 15 years and have been seemingly unable to treat me with the basic respect a long standing tenant would expect to receive. They regularly inform me of viewings on the same day as the viewing, despite the requirement to give me 24 hours notice and me continuously asking them to do so. Today I spoke to the manager in person, asking them to give me 24 hours notice for viewings on two separate e-mail addresses. An hour later I received a text message informing me of the viewing, with no e-mails sent despite my request. In addition to the lack of respect shown regarding viewings, they left me without a working oven for the entirety of the Christmas period - nearly a month passed before anything was done to fix this. They appear to have little to no regard for their tenants or be in any way committed to providing them with a good level of service. Whilst I understand the property is on the market for sale, this is, ultimately, my home and Austin and Wyatt do not seem to give a monkeys.

I love to see that other clients had a better experience than I had with this agency. Mine was shocking. Lost keys to the property purchased? Tick! Key documents missed to be submitted to relevant parties causing delay? Tick! Arrogant, condescending, bordering on unprofessional behaviour and communication? Also tick! I could go on. I couldn't wait for the purchase process to finish, which eventually took 9 month! And funnily enough, A&W were not even my estate agent. I personally definitely would not recommend this branch.

Would 100% recommend Austin & wyatt The service we received from Kyle Nichols was wonderful. He continued to keep us up to date with the proceedings of our house sale, he went above and beyond. Every time we needed an update or some more information he would find out there and then for us and would then get back to us immediately. We would highly recommend Austin & Wyatt. Kyle, David & Marcus were professional throughout the viewing and selling process of the flat and were always quick to respond to any queries we had. Even though it wasn't smooth sailing (first buyer pulled out last minute), the team were super reactive and had multiple viewings lined up straight away and we had another buyer within a couple of weeks and we were back on track and have now successfully moved house. We recently bought a house through Austin and Wyatt. We had viewed it a few months before and were outbid. The sale fell through and they came back to us and we proceeded. All through the process both Kyle and David were fantastic. Kyle is really switched on, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Without his help and support we would never have completed on our very specific deadline (being hindered by solicitors and the vendor.) The obstacles he had to tackle were numerous and entailed other branch members going out of their way to sort paperwork and signatures for completion. David went to the property and resolved a problem completely off of his own initiative, which was very much appreciated. They definitely go above and beyond on every level and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. We have bought many properties and these two chaps have been the best hands down, what a refreshing change!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have been most impressed with how Kyle, David and Marcus have dealt with the sale of our house. David and Marcus both did an amazing job on the sales side, and Kyle has been utterly outstanding at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. I would personally like to thank both Kyle and David for both selling our home and helping us to find our dream home. They have both gone above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for us from start to finish, and have offered us friendly, professional advise, support, and encouragement throughout. This is not the first time that we have bought and sold properties through Austin & Wyatt, and if we move in the future we would turn to them again. Kyle even remembered us from our last house sale and purchase 11 years ago, which gave our dealings with him a personal touch. The team at Austin & Wyatt Canford Heath are great!
