GoogleVery responsive and quick. Many of the formalities are done online including reference checks agreement and reporting issues. GoogleWe would like to thank the entire Lyndhurst branch for their dedication & commitment in selling our home. It was a very unusual & complex sale but they rose to the challenge & continually updated us with progress of not only our sale but that of our purchasers even when complications arose, hence we were never in the dark. We also feel we must mention Maddison. She really was like a breath of fresh air, polite, caring, genuine & professional, quite simply everything you would hope for in an estate agent with a lovely balance of humour added in. Thank you.

GoogleA sales & letting agent that delivered on every part you would expect and want them to do, but this rarely actually happens. Maddison and the whole office did everything they said they would from the first viewing to the day we completed. As usual with moving, it wasn't as straight forward as it could have been, but the communication between solicitors, NFDC & vendors on every item that needed some attention was perfectly dealt with. I hope this review could help people decide on using the Lyndhurst branch of Austin & Wyatt for any property move without hesitation. My passing words to describe would be honesty & integrity. GoogleNick, Richard and Louise have been amazing. Each of them has assisted me from the start of my journey, to where I am now. As a first time tenant they explained the whole process step by step, answered any questions I had, liaised with the landlady on my behalf and always had time for me. Nick worked with my timescales which was of immense help and made my life so much easier. I cannot recommend them enough for their guidance, communication and ‘can do’ attitude, if one was on leave the others were up to date on events which is both professional and heartening. A really positive experience and I both thank each of them and highly recommend this great team.

GoogleSarah and Maddison and others in the office have been excellent. When I call they always know exactly what is happening and where things are at. Buying and selling property is extremely stressful but they are very reassuring and super helpful. Always offering to go the extra mile, letting us have a number of viewings. Even buying flowers once the sale was agreed, how thoughtful. Cant fault their professionalism, expertise and support throughout the process. GoogleSarah has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the perfect new home. She took the time to listen, get to know us & acted accordingly. Sarah and her team went out their way to do letter drops as well. Every time we call the office they are very helpful & super quick to reply. I am pleased to say they are now selling our house because they are superstars!!! Highly recommend the Lyndhurst office!
