GoogleDuring a very stressful process, the best part of it was definitely Kyle, who helped us during the our purchase - always on the ball, driving the process forward. The rest of the team at A&W were very helpful too and stepped in when needed when Kyle was on leave. We would definitely recommend them!

GoogleWe would highly recommend Austin & Wyatt. Kyle, David & Marcus were professional throughout the viewing and selling process of the flat and were always quick to respond to any queries we had. Even though it wasn't smooth sailing (first buyer pulled out last minute), the team were super reactive and had multiple viewings lined up straight away and we had another buyer within a couple of weeks and we were back on track and have now successfully moved house. GoogleWe recently bought a house through Austin and Wyatt. We had viewed it a few months before and were outbid. The sale fell through and they came back to us and we proceeded. All through the process both Kyle and David were fantastic. Kyle is really switched on, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Without his help and support we would never have completed on our very specific deadline (being hindered by solicitors and the vendor.) The obstacles he had to tackle were numerous and entailed other branch members going out of their way to sort paperwork and signatures for completion. David went to the property and resolved a problem completely off of his own initiative, which was very much appreciated. They definitely go above and beyond on every level and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future. We have bought many properties and these two chaps have been the best hands down, what a refreshing change!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just purchased a house through Austin & Wyatt. We weren't successful on the first bid, someone else was. They then pulled out a few weeks later and Kyle Nichols called us right away as he knew how much we wanted the house. Kyle is absolutely on top of everything, very proactive with brilliant communication. Im genuinely impressed and can't say enough good things about the experience working with Kyle.

GoogleI have used Austin Wyatt Canford Heath a few times now when buying and selling. Kyle and his team are excellent at getting you the best price for your property and for securing a purchase if you are buying within the same area. Kyle went over and above with my most recent sale and purchase. He followed up on everything, making sure the solicitors were all on the same page and things were moving forward. He can recommend all services needed to make the moving process run smoothly ie Removals, house clearance etc. For me it all went through with no delays or major hiccups and I’m sure this was down to Kyle and his dedication to his customers and to getting the job done. From start to finish Kyle kept in touch and went out of his way to help with any queries and nothing was too much trouble. GoogleWhen I went in, the person dealing with letting seemed annoyed. I briefly explained what I was looking for and then told her I had a CCJ. She stopped me and said that she couldn't help me. When I asked why she was unable to explain. Another agent chipped in and said that they were told they weren't allowed to let to people with CCJs. Though they didn't ask me, I did let them know that I had 6 months rent that I could pay in advance, at which point they asked for my details. I refused to leave the details and won't deal with them at any point in the future. Patronising and clueless.

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful staff. Have had contact with AJ, George and Daryl. They are all cheerful, caring, professional, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy. They really do care about you and treated us with respect at all times. My mum is elderly and I can honestly say all three treated her as if she was there mum! Fantastic. I know mum felt so safe with them in the house doing viewings and so did I. Thank you so much… customer service like this is rare!
