GoogleFantastic service from Anna and Tia from the Austin & Wyatt Team in Bournemouth My flat was being remortgaged and needed urgent decoration in readiness for valuation and re-marketing for new tenants In the space of a 2-4 weeks the flat was fully redecorated and re-carpeted with new tenants found and moved in Following that - the property valuation and remortgage completed and fell like dominoes!

GoogleI definitely recommend using Austin Wyatt in Bournemouth to sell your house for you, especially now Charlotte Martin is the branch Manager, she is the best I've ever come across, I really can't sing her praises enough, she's there for you all the way and will go the extra mile to get things done. The only negative thing I will say is, choose your own conveyancer, don't go with the Austin Wyatt Countrywide Conveyancing Connect because they pass you on to a third party and this can make your conveyancing experience very stressful, especially if the third party is Convey Law.

GoogleI wanted to recommend Austin Wyatt, to anyone looking to rent a property in the Bournemouth area. Kayleigh Booker handled all aspects of the rental with such professionalism & efficiency. She was able to arrange for all the necessary inspections & certifications, which made the whole process very simple. She was also able to generate multiple enquiries & interest in my property that allowed us to choose the right tennants. A really excellent service & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kayleigh.
