GoogleMy agent Richard has been absolutely fantastic, one of the most satisfying experience I had renting an house in UK. I was rushing to get a decent house, and after a few really delusional experience we found Austin & Wyatt and all became nice and smoot!! We made in one week. GoogleWe put our house on the market not expecting much as we tried a number of years ago without success. Austin and Wyatt and the team were amazing. They sold it on the first set of viewings. Kept us up to date as the sale went through. They were really helpful as we went through the process as it was all new to us. Can’t praise them enough. Excellent.

GoogleWe've received a very professional service from Richard and his team. We approached A+W to take over the management of a difficult tennancy. Where we had not been able to gain access to carry out an inspection, Richard persisted and managed to complete one which gave us valuable information to support our future application to the Courts for possession. As part of this process, Richard served a Section 21 Notice and afterwards gave us valuable guidance and support throughout the Courts process. Would highly recommend Richard and his team for anyone considering using them A+W letting services.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Sarah and Rebecca at Lyndhurst branch for all their hard work they’ve done helping us buy our dream house. Nothing is too much trouble and always been happy and willing to help. Very reassuring especially through this crazy market we are in. I will certainly be using them to sell IF we ever have to move. ! No hesitation in recommending.

GoogleI've recently found a home to let with Austin & Wyatt and found the process to be so straightforward compared to previous agents I have used. Being a small team, it was lovely to phone up and have either Richard, Gemma or Louise instantly know who I was and the house I was talking about. Communication was efficient throughout the process and the move was smooth sailing thanks to the great team :) Would definitely look to let/buy with A&W in future with particular thanks to this branch. GoogleVery helpful, empathetic and professional agents. I have just sold my house through them, however the solicitor I was assigned for the conveyancing was appalling, the complete opposite. A&W helped tremendously, by pushing the solicitors on both sides, resulting in a positive outcome, just within the timescale I needed. Ps, if you're offered Conveyancing Direct, I would recommend that you politely decline.

GoogleA late review but one that’s definitely worth it. First time buyer last year and completely in the dark about the property world however Kyle at Austin and Wyatt was amazing. Made the whole process stress free and was always at the end of the phone or email when we needed him. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks Kyle. GoogleI'd like to recommend Austin & Wyatt very highly; they were very helpful at all stages of our sale with advice and assistance. Communication was excellent with regular updates as the sale progressed and sensible advice was provided when needed. Most of the office assisted with the sale in some way, including help with our ongoing purchase for a survey. All in all, a very effective and pleasant experience.
