Kyle, my agent, was wonderful. From the initial meeting when he viewed the property I wanted to sell, he was enthusiastic, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended and I agree with that totally. He helped me navigate the whole process from putting the property on the market to completion. The whole journey was stressful to say the least but Kyle was always there to offer reassurance and calmness that everything would work out. He would always return my messages or phone calls even whilst he was on holiday! He was on the ball the whole time, constantly making phone calls and communicating with various solicitors some of whom were challenging and slow to progress. He is honest, reliable and completely trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him or to employ his services again should that opportunity arise. Thanks a million!

I used Austin & Wyatt (Bournemouth) to sell my house. I had previously used another estate agent with no success. Austin& Wyatt were excellent. They were always helpful and cheerful. The branch manager, Charlotte, was extremely professional and very proactive managing the chain. The sign up process was straightforward and communication good. Viewings were always accompanied and arranged efficiently. The house took a while to sell but they never complained. The negotiation of the offer and acceptance was handled superbly. The bill at the end was exactly as promised, no hidden extras. I thoroughly enjoyed selling my house with them and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Really happy with the service offered by Finley (and Andy when Finley was day off) when recently viewing and renting a property. They answered our many questions quickly, liaised with the landlord for us, allowed us to pop to the property take some measurements once we had decided to go ahead and made the process simple. Finley knew I had a washing machine delivery coming on the Saturday we were due to move in and due to this said he could meet at the office earlier than opening if necessary. Good service.

Professional and Expert Attention to Detail from an incredible team who despite hurdles put up at the last minute achieved a great result on Deadline! We were initial introduced to I Am Sold by Jack Chorley of Austin Wyatt Estate Agents. Jack has a lovely personality and manner that takes the stress out of selling property. A pleasure to have him take charge! Without Jack explaining this Modern Method of Selling we would not have known this option. It was a tough and slow market with nothing moving. Jack set up and liaised with Nathaniel Gore at I Am Sold who together with Jack Ody at Austin & Wyatt who managed the online auction marketing and sales. Both were hard working, with excellent sales and communication skills. I would recommend this process as a great way to sell and buy property. Once the auction was achieved we saw the true team work involved. Austin and Wyatt with I Am Sold and Medway Law made for a cohesive team of experts with the best communication I have experienced. I commend them for achieving this as few in the industry do. From instruction through to completion the I Am Sold Team were in synch!
