GoogleWe used Austin&Wyatt during the summer of 2017 after my mother had vacated the property to reallocate north. I can not speak highly enough of the service we received, regular updates, numerous showings (in excess of 20!) and always ready to take our calls when needed. From putting the house on the market to the day of completion we were always dealt with in a professional, sensitive manner Would not hesitate to recommend them . We received the best service from Kyle, who really went above and beyond to help us through the process in every way possible. I was not surprised at all to see that they have nothing but 5* reviews! We'll definitely be back in a few years time when it comes to selling the flat, and I could not recommend Kyle enough to anyone else about to sell. Huge thanks again!

GoogleWe bought a house from Kyle and the team and they were excellent in pushing the solicitors to reach the critical exchange date in order to enable us to apply for our children's schools before the admissions deadline. It was a stressful time for all parties but they kept in contact every step of the way and worked incredibly hard. I would especially like to thank David who was very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge on the local area, as we moved from another county and did not know the area at all. The entire team were fantastic from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

Kyle who managed the sale has been fantastic and worked hard to ensure the sale went through, chased the other agents and solicitors regularly where other agents were not communicating. We believe that this sale may have fallen through if not for Kyle and his perseverance.
