We gave Kyle, Marcus & David the task of selling our house in a short time frame as we had made the decision to emigrate to Australia and needed the sale of our family home to have gone through within the few months we had before our booked flights.
Kyle came to the house and went through the whole sales process with us, giving us all the options we could have. We agreed on the best way to maket the property and there was no holding back with the team. They all worked extremely hard phoning out and arranging viewing appointments for an open weekend ahead of when our property was due to go live. Within 24 hours of going live online, with fantastic photos and a brilliant property brochure worked on by Kyle, we had a great offer on the house, and following our open house we had several further offers.
As always, both Marcus, the agent who initially worked with the buyer, and Kyle, the branch manager who continued to work the sale through from offer to completion, were both highly professional, competent, reliable and friendly people. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to close family and friends and would use their services time and time again.
We put our whole trust in Kyle and the team at Canford Heath knowing that with their brilliant reputation they would be the best agents to market our property and follow it through till completion smoothly, and of course it paid off. Nothing is too much for Kyle who puts his whole heart into the business, doing everything in his power to keep both vendors and buyers as informed & happy as they can be. He goes above and beyond the call of duty for a standard branch manager, and we are so greatful for every effort he made for us.

From the initial showings, I was kept up to date on progress from feedback on the property to offers.
Very personalised service which resulted in an acceptable offer. Even then this was monitored to a successful conclusion and sale.

GoogleMy wife and I bought a property in Canford Heath just over 3 years ago via Austin & Wyatt, the service was extremely good with friendly approachable staff that assisted us through the whole experience.
So when we decided later last year to move property it was an easy choice in who to market and sell our house. Kyle and David were very professional and helpful with in marketing the property via different media means as well as selecting the right type of potential buyers.
Once the property was sold they continued to support us in finding our dream home not necessarily via them.
We eventually found our dream home and continued to have support and advice from the Austin & Wyatt team through the exchange and completion process.
I would happily recommend this branch and will look to use their services again in the future.
