GoogleThe Austin & Wyatt team in Lyndhurst with Rebecca Payne, Madeleine King, and Mike Lawrence are absolutely excellent. They masterfully sorted the marketing and sale of our special property and handled the viewings with professional protocols. Very good. But they also went on to handle the complex process of getting from offer to Exchange of Contracts. Not easy with hiccups in the chain and with some solicitors not up to the job. But Madeleine kept us informed, chased those not performing and really helped us keep cool when all was very stressful. Having had to interact with other Estate Agents, in our search for a new property, you observe how poor some other Agents perform. Austin & Wyatt are in a different league. Very professional and great communicators with each other and with their clients. Would use this team again and again. John

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through the team at the Lyndhurst branch. Madeleine in particular has been fantastic….professional and friendly, and her communication has been excellent, giving us regular updates along the way. Every contact we have had with the team has been really good. We are now dealing with Richard in the Lettings department, who is also proving to be great. An all around pleasurable experience of an estate agent. Would highly recommend.

GoogleRebecca Payne was very helpful and energetic during our sale of a house in Lyndhurst. They did overvalue the house when we were looking for a estate agent and then almost immediately told us that the market had changed and we should drop the price which I suspect is routine (irritating) behaviour. Also they heartily recommended their own lawyers, Howell's for conveyancing (who were difficult to contact and could not make international phone calls ?!?! - we live in Canada). It was only after starting the conveyancing paperwork that it became apparent the Austin Wyatt receive several hundred pounds for the referral. Would use them again as Rebecca was great, but would find my own lawyers for conveyancing.

Madeleine, who has dealt with most of sale and onward purchase, may look like a schoolgirl but she is like a terrier at keeping a grip on everything. All in all, a very happy experience.

GooglePurchased Property through Austin & Wyatt (Lyndhurst). We purchased a property through Austin & Wyatt and from the initial inquiry to picking up the keys we received excellent communication (with us and the Estate Agent selling our property etc.) and service. I know that it is a whole team effort to market and sell a property but would like to single out Madeleine for her professionalism and commitment when the problems cropped up (which they do). We are now in our new home and loving it. We didn't even need to chase to have the For Sale / Sold sign removed. Thanks Team.

GoogleThis Austin and Wyatt branch have been amazing every step of our house buying/Selling journey everyone we interacted with was polite courteous and professional however Maddi was absolutely exceptional! she gave us weekly updates through out the early stages before they became more regular as we got closer to our move date. Nothing was ever to much for Maddi If she wasn't to provide me an answer to a query herself then she knew who to speak to and what say to get that answer the same day or first thing the next morning! she has been a clear example of what a fantastic Estate agent should be like and I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone and me and my family are eternally grateful for all of her efforts in helping us achieve our next step! I'm not sure if there is a way for Austin and Wyatt to internally recognise Maddi for her efforts or not but she absolutely deserves all of it and more! Remember Austin and Wyatt she got you a purchase but also is the reason we sold through as well! We would thoroughly recommend the team for buying and/or selling a property! :)
