I had a look at previous reviews and was hesitant, but the service I received was nothing short of excellent. the Staff, especially the assistant branch manager (Yousef), were extremely friendly and helpful. As a first time buyer i thought that the experience would be stressful, but Yousef helped answer all the queries I had regarding a property and wasn't pushy in his approach. I managed to secure my first property with this branch and i am extremely grateful to the help of their staff. I would highly recommend this branch for anyone needing to buy or sell a house in the future.

I phoned Acorn Estates June 2016 originally calling them for a valuation with the thought of selling 2017. They were very professional (Ed Hall being the man) and gave me advice and valuation without any hassling. A few months later we decided to sell up earlier than expected. I called Ed again and from that moment on everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all staff involved (Ed, John and Lawrence being the main ones) were very professional, yet friendly and 'human' at all times. A bit of a hiccup delayed our house sale but this was from no fault of Acorns, in fact they were very professional and did more than expected to help us through it all. We are now settled in our new home and couldn't fault Acorn in any way and would highly recommend them.

We found our perfect house through Acord Dartford Branch and we thought the process will be stressful and complicated, but it proved to be the opposite with this company. From the moment we started discussing about the house until the collection of the keys they were just amazing! They always kept me updated, especially Laurence and Ed Hall from Dartford branch were always just a phone all away and nothing seemed too much to ask. I had the pleasure to buy my first house with just few bumps along the way which in no case was their faults anyway, but even then, they have proved they know what they were doing and they even domes second survey themselves with the sellers on our lenders request! (Who in these days would do that?) As a final note, I just wanted to recommend them with all my heart, as they were just great throughout! I cannot recommend them highly enough! After looking at plenty of houses and after speaking to lots of different estate agents about our budget, needs and expectations, etc. as first timer buyers’ last year, the team at Acorn in Dartford, particularly Ed, Jon and Mark really stood out to us in terms of service, professionalism and know how. They went above and beyond for my partner and I and our family and were only ever a phone call or email away if I had a question, they always kept us up to date and gave us plenty of advice on timings for everything and what to expect, etc. We had a couple of hiccoughs along the way (which were neither Acorn’s fault nor ours) but they helped resolve them for us and we got our dream home in the end. They did an amazing job! Thank you.

Not professional, threatening, doesn't give out the right information, lie to tenant and lie to landlord just for their own benefit so bad for both side really. I got told off, threaten and accused of not being grateful because they believe that THEY CALLED to give me a good suggestion as they believe they were doings me a favor as a result of me asking questions on some sensitive issue which i'd like to know more information on before making decision. Inventory check is not accurate and use a twist in wording to charge you. Property manager is amateur and poorly trained and bad communication. Threatening, charge twice for fee by mistake and didn't even realise or check until I raised the issue , rude and raise their voice when being challenge with some questions and facts and threatening you that you will be charged a lot of amount if you don't listen or so things their way .. but can't answer any of your questions

Awful, no contact. no communication. Just take your money and forget you. Very annoying and disappointed. say one thing, do another. leaving you without a place to actually live. No updates, just shrug every issue off like its not there fault. What good is this, they are meant to manage the property.
