GoogleWe recently purchased a property from Acorn Estate Agents Brockley branch and found the whole experience very satisfying. All the staff that assisted in the purchase were very helpful to us throughout the process and any minor problems were quickly resolved. I would recommend anyone to take advantage of the great service they offer.

GoogleThe people I have dealt with via email/phone/in person previously we're friendly, albeit a little snippy which I assume was due to the amount of work at the time. I didn't mind too much though as I loved the flat. Once the circumstances weren't in favour of a "sell" (or rent rather in this case) I have been completely blanked, both by email and phone. Appreciate that they are in the business to make money, but this is not how you treat someone who might return to the branch later down the line. I won't be back.

GoogleFrom the moment this agency was in charge of the flat where we used to live, everything has been a disaster. there is no communication between agents and they do not respect any rule or privacy. The flat was left to rot with us inside! When we handed in our notice they started coming for viewings unannounced, without knocking but simply by letting themselves in! They do not look after the tenants but only after their greedy landlords and they do not know the properties they are selling. the best was when they sent me a rather rude message demanding my rent that was overdue... which WASN'T as I had left already two months prior to their call! they have no systems or procedures in place. Morale: spend more money, but deal with a serious agency!

GoogleAcorn estate agents have made buying my first property easy and stress free, Jack was so helpful and went above and beyond throughout all stages of the process, he was great at keeping me updated and provided me with regular milestones as well as chasing solicitors on my behalf. I would recommend acorn to anyone buying a property and will definitely be using their expertise when I sell in the future

He expertly dealt with viewings and always responded well to any questions and kept us informed at every step. I cannot emphasis enough how pleased we were and would definitely recommend Acorn.

GoogleI had a great experience with Acorn when purchasing my property. There was great communication from the staff; all my queries were answered with pace and in a professional manner. I don't believe I ever had to chase for any outstanding information that I requested. In particular Jack Rampling, my sales negotiator, was a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend this branch.
