GoogleI’ve recently just moved into a property let be reeds rains and we were dealing with Sarah, she has been the best person when speaking about the house and she has made everything so quick and easy for us. She has been so helpful she is so very pleasant when speaking to her and nothing is any trouble for her. I would definitely recommend going with reeds rains and also dealing with Sarah but all of the team have been so lovely and helpful when getting through to them.

I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. I rent a property through Reeds Rains in Blackpool. We have suffered over 8 years from poor responses for jobs to be completed and the landlord informed. Most recently my bedroom window which will not close properly was reported in July during a house check.After a number of emails someone came to get a quote for the landlord 23/08/23. Since then we have continued to regularly ask when the work is being done. Yesterday I went into the office has it is now getting colder and it is becoming a bigger issue. I was told that a different company will give a quote but not when this will happen. I feel that tenants are not treated with respect or importance by this company.

TrustpilotThe Property Management Side is Appalling
I've been renting a property via Reeds Rains since the middle of September. Since then, the boiler has broken down twice. The first time took almost a week to rectify. The second time was reported on the evening of October 19th when I was advised someone would contact me the following morning. Six days later I'm still waiting. On Saturday 21st October, I reported a leak in the lounge only to be advised it wasn't an emergency and someone would contact me the following Monday morning. Again, I am still waiting for that call. There are other issues which need dealing with but not as urgent as these two. Although my local agent has escalated this and asked someone to contact me urgently, I still haven't received any contact. I don't know what the problem is but honestly, I wish I had never rented with Reeds Rains if this is the standard they believe is acceptable from the property management side of the business. I would advise any would be renters or landlords to be wary of using Reeds Rains.

GoogleWe bought a house while overseas, which is not easy. ReedsRains first ignored our email, we had to ask head office to make them respond. But once we got the offer in, they were great. When our solicitor messed up, causing delays, both Sue and Andrea kept up the pressure. They also helped fix a question brought up by the Search. Definitely a godsend. Recommended.
