The team at Reeds Rains (especially Andrea and Debbie) have been absolutely fantastic! They have kept me up to date with every step of the moving process, and handled the complications regarding the move brilliantly and professionally, and helped keep the excitement as a first-time buyer going, despite the issues that arose at the completion date! Thank you again so much!

Overall, my experience with Reeds Rains' lettings department was not only positive but also exceptionally professional. I want to take a moment to commend Jayne Morris, the office manager, who truly impressed me with her warmth and unwavering support. From our very first conversation, Jayne's pleasant demeanour and prompt responses made a significant difference in my search for the apartment. Her positive attitude and helpful nature were admirable; she consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and satisfied with her expertise. Equally noteworthy was my experience with Ted, whose welcoming attitude left a lasting impression on me. Ted's approach as a guide was exemplary; he made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. During our visits to two apartments, I was especially grateful for his punctuality and sense of responsibility, which contributed to the overall pleasantness of the experience. Ted also offered invaluable advice on where to find furniture, demonstrating his dedication to exceeding expectations and making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. With the help of both Jayne and Ted, apartment hunting became less stressful, and I truly appreciate the support they both gave.
