After having a bad experience from another estate agent in Middlesbrough, I can put my hand on my heart and say the staff from Reeds and Rains in the Middlesbrough branch are very polite, helpful and professional. Went to view a house in acklam and were greeted by manager Christine who’s service was A1. Also dealt with Catherine who was also very helpful and made sure i was kept upto date. I had used Reeds rains to help me find a property for me and my children. All staff were extremely helpful and professional, keeping me up to date with properties that were in my budget and area I was after. They found me a perfect property. Moving is such a stressful time but Reeds rains made things simple and stressfree. Christie has been amazing, over the last 3 years Christie has been professional and nothing was to much trouble for her.
