GoogleMy husband rented an apartment with your services exactly a week ago and was asked to pay 6months rents upfront against the norm of a monthly payment just because he does not have any reference. After paying that much, most of the appliances in the house is not working, no one has come to give him a tour on how to operate the appliances in the house. A good number of the bulb in the house is dead, he has sent a mail to that effect backing it up with pictures along with the checklist but he has not be replied or the problem fix. The staff are very unprofessional with zero customer service and interpersonal relationship. I won’t recommend their services to anyone especially first timers or visitors in the UK because they are just concerned about their money and not the satisfaction of their customers.

GoogleAfter previously dealing with a couple of Estate Agents and receiving poor service and advice, I decided to invite Reeds Rains, Acklam, Middlesbrough to give a valuation on my current property I am wanting to sell. A guy called Elliot from Acklam branch came to see me. He was a breath of fresh air! Despite the fact that he looked fairly young, he was extremely personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I explained my gripes about previous agents I'd dealt with and he reassured me on the way Reeds Rains operated making me feel really confident that first and foremost, he and all at Reeds Rains, had my best interests at heart. I had no reservations and instructed them to list my property asap. Apart from all that, their fees were also really competitive!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were shown two properties Reeds and Rains have for sale by Ted Strike in the Acklam area .Both he and us arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable about both properties ,although the properties may not be for us we felt comfortable being shown around . We were in an awkward position whereby we live in Australia and had our house to sell in Acklam without being able to be there due to the coronavirus. They made a huge effort in organising the sale of my car as well as the property.
