GoogleOK, so they managed to sell my house, which is a bonus in a flattened market ... but, I don't feel the best price possible was obtained - in particular be wary of advice to go with a guide price range from X to Y, as we followed this advice and the associated Right Move advert made it look like the price was just X, which offers then came in beneath. Also, original valuation was way over, which meant reductions followed, which weakened our bargaining position when an offer eventually came in.

GoogleI went to view a property on 24/04/23 and the communication from Jayne before and after, and the kindness and help from Ted, who was at the property to show me around, was excellent. Both are a credit to the company. Highly recommend Reeds Rains to anybody. Thank you.

GoogleJust sold our house through Reeds Rains within a couple of days of going up for sale we LITTERALLY had an offer. They came out to value the property along with 2 other estate agents whom also gave me valuations Tho all the same valuation and been some being cheaper than reeds rains we chose reeds rains for there professionalism , he took time to tell us how he would advirtise our property , he made us think they would give it there all, he fully explained everything to the littlest detail, he was an an absolute gent. It DEFINETLY is the personal touches and details that make the difference. We ended up with 3 offers and the sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently at every step of the way by reeds rains, they kept us in the loop at all times. They did all our viewings gave us feedback and just handled everything excellent idea also having the floor plans to on there advertising brochures all these things DEFINETLY helped towards getting us a quick sale, the buyers fiancés are all checked too so there’s no time wasting too.... so a 10 out of 10. We would recommend to anyone to use Reeds Rains and we would DEFINETLY use again. Many many thanks.

GoogleYou Don't need to shop around for an estate agent, don't search the online estate agents, you just don't get the same service as Reeds Rains Estate Agent so call them first, it will save you time I don't go anywhere else. You are treated as a person and not a number by their friendly staff. Believe me I have used them on numerous occasions, the last time they sold my property in just two days. THEY CANT BE BEATEN ON SERVICE.

GoogleI only give praise where it’s due and the people at Reeds Rains richly deserve this five star rating from us. They are friendly, helpful and most of all go that extra mile to ensure that their customers are happy and that everything that needs to be done is done. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have been with them now for a number of years and they know their customers. Want an Estate Agent that goes out of their way to make things happen? Choose this place. Thanks to all the staff there. You are great.

GoogleA gent from their office called Ted showed us around an empty property, he arrived on time and was happy for us to spend as long as needed. I would be more than comfortable should I sell a house in the future having Ted / reeds rains act on our behalf as the service that he supplied was excellent.

GoogleAbsolute first class company! I have found Reed Rains staff to be extremely professional, couteous and helpful in all aspects of my dealings with them. They obviously care deeply about their work, and, in my experience, they certainly don't hesitate to go the extra mile to make things right for both landlord and tenant. This is a company that I am happy to whole heartedly recommend. A big 'Thank You!' to Chris and co.
