I had a fantastic experience with Your Move Darlington during the recent sale of my property. The whole team were excellent from the very start of the listing, through the viewings, and right through to when the offer was accepted. Hannah was absolutely excellent. She is incredibly warm, professional, and approachable, and her communication throughout has been outstanding. She has explained everything clearly, kept me fully informed, and made the whole process of getting my house to market feel easy and stress-free. A special mention must go to Allyson, who worked closely with my buyer and was absolutely superb throughout the process. Communication was excellent at every stage, I was always kept fully up to date, and she ensured that both myself and the buyer had everything we needed, which made the process feel smooth and well managed. The professionalism, responsiveness and support from the team really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Move Darlington to anyone looking to sell their property.

I have just bought my first house through your move and they made the whole experience a breeze all while keeping it exciting! Buying my first house at 22 proved quite difficult at first when other estate agents would speak to my parents rather than me or not take me seriously. This completely changed from the minute I viewed my property with YourMove. The man that showed us round was lovely and made lovely suggestions and gave loads of ideas for the property which was brilliant to hear as a first time buyer with zero experience. I spoke to Sharon the most who just made my experience the best and made me feel so comfortable no matter how stupid the questions were! Sharon is such a lovely lady both work wise and to generally chat to and nothing is ever too much to ask. She is absolutely amazing at her job and can’t fault her on anything at all. She consistently kept me up to date on everything that was happening even sending emails while I was at work when I couldn’t answer my phone which was lovely for her to go above and beyond. She made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the whole experience and I am so thankful to her and will forever remember everything she has done for me. Everyone else I have spoken to at your move including allyson were lovely and again nothing was too much to ask. They were all very kind and chatty and just such a lovely team of people that I cannot pick a fault with at all. Thankyou so much to the whole team for everything. You have made my first experience the best and I will forever recommend you. Xx

Although I was the purchaser and not the client paying for the service, I was very impressed with Your Move Darlington, particularly Sharon, who I dealt with throughout the transaction. Sharon was professional, responsive and helpful at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, and they were proactive in helping to keep the process moving between all parties. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously, which made the overall experience much smoother. Sold my house back in February with your move and they were fantastic! While the marketing package you pay for unlike some estate agent it was well worth the money, the photos were fantastic and the VR walk around a great addition. Needless to say the house sold within a month no doubt due how well it was marketed. I'd use your move again in a heartbeat! Special mention and thanks to David James who personally dealt with my sale and to whom nothing was too much trouble. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and communication was second to none. It's so hard to find companies with good communication nowadays and whom you can actually pick up the phone and speak to. If I could give them another star on this rating I would. Excellent from start to finish!!
