GoogleI have been with your move for the last 3 years and it has been always very smooth. No while I am moving out, Charlotte have been massively helpful with sorting out everything for me and my flatmate as well my reference for the new property. It has been a very stressful time for me arranging everything but Charlotte was there to make it better.

GoogleLiam Wright is the most unprofessional estate agent any business person should ever deal with... He is very unprofessional, rude, and lack competence. I booked appointment to view a property and had to travel 6hrs round trip without your move properly following up the appointment. First an appointment was booked on a house that was already sold and secondly this property in Middlesbrough which they totally don't have access or control over. I will never have anything or let anyone I know or don't know have anything to do with such a very unprofessional company that lack professionalism. Your customer or client is your business the moment you loose one you have lost 1m because you don't know the will power of the customer you treated wrongly. This 21st century Your Move having such incompetent staffs to deal with business minded people is so disgusting. Worse estate agent in United Kingdom is Your Move Darlington branch with the likes of Liam the branch should be closed down. He is racist.

GoogleBought and sold a few times now with your move and wouldn't think of using anyone else....Sharon was my contact throughout Communication was always prompt and kept in touch with solicitors etc and this was probably from start to finish 8/9 weeks which was efficient prompt Many thanks Hopefully no more moves for a while

GoogleA couple of months ago, I applied to rent a property through Your Move Darlington; I had a fantastic experience throughout the process. Paige was the agent that dealt with the application. She was fantastic on email responses and keeping me up to do date with the application, she supported when I needed to move in a bit earlier and I found her to be very welcoming, professional and caring. I am now in my home and I really love it! The icing in the cake was when I picked up the keys I received a welcome package which was full of little necessities which was really kind and thoughtful. GoogleCouldn't recommend them enough. We sold our property through your move and it was definitely the best choice. They are super friendly and answer any and all questions I had. We had a very difficult time with buyers solicitors and they did everything they could to push it to completion. We couldn't thank them enough especially Lyndsey and David who I spoke with nearly daily over the past month. Highly recommend!!

It can't be easy fielding questions and answers for both sides of the proverbial fence, but Sharon handled this excellently and never faltered for a second.
