Danielle kept us informed with the latest Covid guidelines during march when we first submitted our offer. What can i say about Andrea and Julie, except absolutely fantastic. Dealing with head office has been a absolute pain at times, but Andrea and Julie at the Darlington branch are great and always manage to resolve any problems i may have and get things done when others seem unable too. Bosses take note!! Just wanted to add an update to say what an absolute star Andrea has been during the lockdown and closure of the Darlington branch. Again i had problems head office getting differing information from people regarding missing rent payments again and was getting nowhere, so i rang Andrea to see what options i had for escalating the matter as the local branch was closed, Andrea took ownership of my problem and it was resolved within a few days and my rent payment was received. Just as i feel i have given Your Move there last chance Andrea restores my faith in the company. Once again thanks Andrea.

I have several properties from Cornwall to Darlington and this is the first time I have used Your Move at the Darlington Office to let and manage the four bed house I bought in the area. Honestly I cannot praise them enough, Liam in particular has been unbelievably helpful, and helped me sort out a number of issues with my property before it was ready to market and then let it on day one for two years! .... perfect! Just used Your Move Darlington to sell our property. Great service at a reasonable price. We must mention Sharon individually who single handedly managed to enable the sale to complete as quickly as it did by managing both ours and our buyer's solicitors, who proved to be as slow and unhelpful as a solicitor could be and also our buyer who was extremely frustrating to deal with. If you're looking to buy a property through this Estate Agency, ask for Lindsey Todd to be your agent there. Got nothing but great things to say about her - she's super nice as a person (makes a huge difference I think), stays on top of all the paperwork throughout the whole process and does things quickly and right away instead of dilly-dallying like some people do, and when you have questions or requests you just ring her and if she happens to be unavailable at that very moment she calls you right back and then promptly follows up on whatever the matter is and keeps you updated on how things sit. Really couldn't be happier with her work!

I sincerely hope we never have to deal with this company again. We own our property but the house next door is rented through this agency. The shared fence collapsed into our garden so we contacted them to ask the landlord to contribute half to the repair. After jumping through several hoops (spanning months) including downloading and paying for additional house deeds (we never saw theirs in response), getting quotes to be told they were too expensive we eventually agreed to the fence being repaired instead of replaced by one of their preferred contractors. We were then told we'd have to pay cash up front, whilst next door was invoiced. I asked to see a copy of the bill but was told we could only see our invoice, not theirs and was told to contact the contractor myself. Throughout the process they were incredibly rude, unhelpful and made us feel as if we were doing something wrong by asking for the contribution, even though there was nothing to say the fence belonged to either side. We will be telling all friends and family to avoid at all costs.
