GoogleThe team in Guisborough helped us to complete on the sale of our house a couple of weeks ago and we were very pleased that we chose them to act for us. Cathy, Sian and Jarod were our main points of contact and they were always very competent, friendly, professional and diplomatic. GoogleI would highly recommend the guisborough team, they went above and beyond in their help and advise while selling my property.
As I live in Scotland and the house sale was guisborough the team advised on tradesmen to do work and dispose of unwanted furniture and arranged times for them to be at property to allow them access. Excellent recommendations.
Their communication was exceptional with very quick replies to any queries.
A good link between myself and the buyer was maintained at all times.
Their fees are also very good value for the friendly and professional service that is offered and I can not recommend them enough

GoogleReeds Rains did an excellent job overall in selling my late motherβs house earlier in 2021. Zeta, Cathy and the rest of the team were energetic and enthusiastic at all points, both in getting the house onto the market, marshalling and accompanying viewings, then in finding buyers. Unfortunately the first three sales fell through, in each case due to the buyer withdrawing:- each time Reeds Rains secured a new buyer very quickly. After the third failure, we agreed a minor change in marketing approach, and again, a buyer was quickly secured, this time successfully. Charges were very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending their services, and would use them again myself.
