GoogleI've tried to sell my house through 3 agents and have found Reeds Rains in Guisborough to be head and shoulders above the rest. One agent had it over a year and got nowhere. Another Internet based "guaranteed sale" agent failed to meet their promises, but Cathy and Sian at Reeds Rains got on the case, kept me updated and found a buyer who has now completed. Would highly recommend them. Thank you!

I was kept up to date at every point and we had lots of interest due to their excellent marketing. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble I cannot reccomend them highly enough. GoogleBeware deceased estates: Reeds Rain Guisborough. Marketing a property a year before probate granted and then doing it a second time without consulting the executor before transfers and final accounts are paid is totally un professional. Taking instructions from a third party and holding keys for viewing! Jumping the gun!
