An absolutely first class service. Dan went over and above to facilitate both the original and second viewing to secure the sale of our property. Nothing was too much trouble and he had superb knowledge of freehold flats which is unique to this area. Dan had excellent time keeping and even took extra time with clients when needed. I cannot thank Lauren enough for helping us secure our first property. Lauren has been incredibly amazing and supportive throughout this process. There at every turn for us, answering lots of questions and queries and going above and beyond. She’s an incredible woman and very dedicated to her work. The whole team at Reeds Rains have been wonderful, especially Jamie was absolutely amazing throughout our house-buying process. She was professional yet very approachable, which made a long and sometimes challenging process so much easier. Jamie consistently kept us up to date, was very assertive when needed, and helped push things along by constantly checking in and making sure everything was progressing as it should. Her communication was fantastic, she was extremely reliable, and we always felt supported and informed. We’re so grateful for all her hard work.
