Great service from Andrea, Abbie, Sue, Lewis and the team. With our Mum's house having been empty while on the market, Reeds Rains have been just fantastic about keeping an eye on it - checking every week, letting us know when the roof lost some chunks (gulp!), recommending someone to fix it and essentially managing the property and giving us that peace of mind. All while obviously doing their core job of showing buyers round keeping us up to date with viewings and feedback, advising on price and hand-holding through the actual sale. Would happily recommend.

Steve was our first point of contact and onboarded us with professionalism and acute insight of the area where we were selling. We were then put into contact with Andrea, who remained in contact with us throughout the selling process and we couldn't have wished for a better agent to advise us, keep us informed and give reassurance at every stage. I have used RR for renting my property out for a few years now. Jonathan, Steve, Sue and the team have been amazing help. I find them all approachable with even the most bizarre of questions. They helped with what to expect for the Selective Licence and that went smoothly. I didn't reconsider changing property management companies at the close of the last tenant, no point they are fair, trustworthy and considerate.

I have just purchased a property from Reeds and Rains Estate Agents Stockton. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Andrea who is an absolute gem. Living on Glasgow, I was prepared for some hiccups along the way. However that was not the case. Nothing was a problem for Andrea, so refreshing to to deal with someone , when you have a question they get back with the answer more importantly in a timely fashion.
