GoogleReeds Rains Stockton were fantastic from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough for selling your property! Andrea was my rock for helping me with our buyer nothing was to much trouble for her and she was always there at the end of the phone. Of course Steve, Abbie and the lovely Sue were most helpful as well! Thankyou so much to everybody couldn’t of done it without you all! Best estate agents going 👍👏👏👏👍

GoogleWe bought a house while overseas, which is not easy. ReedsRains first ignored our email, we had to ask head office to make them respond. But once we got the offer in, they were great. When our solicitor messed up, causing delays, both Sue and Andrea kept up the pressure. They also helped fix a question brought up by the Search. Definitely a godsend. Recommended.

GoogleWe dealt with Andrea for our house purchase and can’t speak highly enough of her and the team. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and they went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure that the process was smooth and as stress free as possible. Thank you so much!

GoogleI live in the south of England and Reeds Rains Stockton were recommended to me by a family member who lives locally. They were extremely kind and helpful in their dealings with me for the sale of my late aunts house. They guided me through the viewing requests, found me the right buyer and kept me up to date throughout the process. Made a very painful job of selling a family home of 53 years much easier. Many many thanks, especially to Steve and the lovely Andrea.

GoogleDealing with estate agents can sometimes feel like a game of Monopoly gone rogue, but not with Reeds Rains in Stockton-on-Tees. From the moment I walked through the door, the team made everything feel refreshingly straightforward (and not once did I have to Pass Go or collect £200). Andrea, Abby and the crew deserve a standing ovation, friendly, efficient, and miraculously good at decoding property jargon into something resembling actual English. They answered every one of my questions, even the slightly daft ones, without so much as an eye-roll. In a world where moving house can feel like a full-time hobby, Reeds Rains made it feel almost… enjoyable? Their local knowledge is sharp, their communication spot-on, and they even made the paperwork feel less like homework. Highly recommend, unless you enjoy chaos and confusion, in which case, look elsewhere.

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with the last estate agent we used I can’t recommend Reeds Rains Stockton branch enough! From the regular calls and emails when we found our home, to the final check in this week before we get the keys, we’ve had excellent service from the start. We initially dealt with Andrea but Sue has been our go to throughout and she is a real credit to the business. Always professional, but warm and friendly and happy to help whenever we’ve had more questions! The same goes for Jessica who has taken plenty of our calls, she has a lovely friendly phone manner and is a pleasure to speak with. So glad we found our home through you and genuinely can’t thank you enough for the fantastic service - what a team! :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
