Today I have purchased my first property in Yarm Stockton on Tees, using Reeds and Rains. The manager Sue and Amy were delightful to deal with from start to finish and very polite. They made the whole process pleasurable and easy. They were extremely flexible with the viewing times and dates and very knowledgable about the property and the area. Nothing was an issue for the questions I asked and they kept me informed. The whole process has taken less than a week as they gave me a lot of their time and expertise. I can not recommend this estate agent enough. They deserve a 10 star review! Thank you to Sue, Amy and all the team.

I purchased a property using Reeds Rains in Stockton. Although my contact with them was limited I found them to be very professional and helpful. They arranged a viewing very quickly and then got the ball rolling with the purchase once I informed them that I wanted to buy the property. They put me in touch with a mortgage advisor. They chased my solicitor up (who was extremely slow and took 18 weeks to get to completion) and did what they could to help to progress things. A lady called Andrea was very helpful and friendly.
