GoogleAmy has been dealing with us with our house move and she has been so helpful throughout, we have had very little communication from our solicitors and Amy has regularly checked in with us and kept us up to date with where we're at on our sellers behalf. GoogleThey were outstanding! I had an offer on my property in less than 4 weeks! Which was amazing and more than I could have hoped for in terms of speed. They were helpful and thorough, missing nothing and checking everything. Then I had a major delay with my lease hold situation, they were brilliant and kept my buyer happy over the long period it took to be resolved, which for such a small sale was no mean feat. Their customer service kept me going, hearing from the regularly, which was fortunate and reassuring as had also learnt I had fallen pregnant and was being made redundant all at tge same time. Their professionalism and hard work kept me going in what is usually a stressful time. I thank them wholeheartedly fir a job well done. This branch is worth its wait in gold, from start to finish I was with the right company. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and tell everyone how good they were!

GoogleToday I have purchased my first property in Yarm Stockton on Tees, using Reeds and Rains. The manager Sue and Amy were delightful to deal with from start to finish and very polite. They made the whole process pleasurable and easy. They were extremely flexible with the viewing times and dates and very knowledgable about the property and the area. Nothing was an issue for the questions I asked and they kept me informed. The whole process has taken less than a week as they gave me a lot of their time and expertise. I can not recommend this estate agent enough. They deserve a 10 star review! Thank you to Sue, Amy and all the team.

GoogleI purchased a property using Reeds Rains in Stockton. Although my contact with them was limited I found them to be very professional and helpful. They arranged a viewing very quickly and then got the ball rolling with the purchase once I informed them that I wanted to buy the property. They put me in touch with a mortgage advisor. They chased my solicitor up (who was extremely slow and took 18 weeks to get to completion) and did what they could to help to progress things. A lady called Andrea was very helpful and friendly.

GoogleVery friendly and professional. Steve dealt with the sale in a very understanding manor as it was the property of my Mum who had sadly passed away. All of the office staff were very friendly but must say a big thank you to Andrea for keeping me updated with the progress of the sale . I will recommend the company to any of my friends who would be thinking of putting their property on the market in the future.

GoogleI received brilliant service from the Stockton branch in particular Ben & Sue. Nothing was ever too much trouble and this was really appreciated as I live in Kent quite a distance from the property that I have just sold through the Stockton branch. I was kept up to date with progress whether it was good or bad and this was important to me.I would highly recommend Reeds Rains in Stockton.
