Although not their client, Sue and her team kept me informed at every step of the way and offered sound advice. When issues arose at the eleventh hour they helped to push the sale through on time. We left a very poor letting agency and gone with reeds rains and they have been nothing but supportive to me and my family and understood the reasoning for leaving the other letting agency! The staff are so sweet and lovely and would do anything for their tenants! 100% recommend ☺️
