It has been an absolute joy to deal with Andrea, Sue and Steve at Reeds Rains Hartburn office through the difficult time which followed the passing of my wonderful Mum. Such compassionate people, who have been both professional, understanding, patient and pleasant at all stages through marketing and selling in what, for our family, has been a difficult time. A big thank you to Reeds Rain Stockton for your support through the purchase of our house. Due to a temporary break in a chain of 4, my buyer pulling out days before (a further delayed) exchange, then to retract her decision 2 weeks later. Just had a mortgage passed through Greig at Reeds Rains Stockton, I have been very happy from start to finish. Greig really took care of me and found me all the best deals and also gave me stacks of information on life insurance and home insurance that I didn’t even know about. I was never left in the lurch and I was constantly update every step of the way. Greig even emailed me everything so I could easily keep records of every step. He followed up with stunning professional quality photos, which really showed off our home. We got a great price and went from sign to sale in three months.
