I ring up about a property and get one answer and told how things work. Then speak to someone else the next day and they say something the literal opposite to what the previous person said. I ring up a day or two later after sending my application for a viewing to see the progress on it. I got told first that because my name was down as the first person to apply for a viewing within minutes of it getting uploaded on the up for rent site, that I would be the first to view it. I left it for a few days and rung them asking when the viewings would be and they told me that the first days viewing block was full and I didn't make it onto the list, I complained that much that I got onto it. I went and viewed the property and was very interested. I rung them whilst I was still in the garden of the property saying I was interested, and they confirmed I was the first person to ring and say I wanted the house after viewing the house. Then they said I will be the first person to receive an application form after viewing within the next few minutes. I waited a while and then rung and got told that the person who does the applications had something they needed to deal with out of work, so I wouldnt get it till Monday. Monday came and got told that I will recieve the application form that morning. They asked for my name and email to send it to. I'm waiting all day. I ring Tuesday, she asks my name, and get told, by the same person that I spoke to yesterday, that they don't send application forms to people who have already viewed the property and it just gets sent off to the landlord after I had said yes to the house after viewing. They can't stick to their own rules. It feels like it's never the truth what they are saying. And they all clearly didn't listen to what the order of things go in.

I want to say a huge thank you to the staff at Reeds Rains in Stockton. They have helped me sell my mother’s house and really took away all the pressures. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked really hard to get me the right buyer, keeping me informed all the way. If Google would have allowed me to take from other people’s star, I would have prefer that. Pretty awful agents. Don’t go renting with them as a tenants, they’ll frustrate you.
