Christine and the team at Reeds Rains were amazing. We bought our new house through Reeds Rains and unfortunately we didn't use them to sell our house. We sold through manners and harrison who were absolutely rubbish. There was always somebody answering the phone at Reeds Rains unlike manners and harrison who never answered the phone or returned messages. I wouldn't hesitate to use Reeds Rains if I were to move again in the future. Superb service and I couldn't recommend Christine at the Acklam office enough. Still have received my deposit after 3 months of vacating one of reed Rains properties. I have gone through mydeposits Dispute and the agency was ordered them to pay back the deposit a few weeks ago, but no payments have been made. I have made complaint to the property Ombudsman and the national trading standards estates and letting agency team, in preparation to take it to court. I don't understand why they are stalling and the constant lies whenever you speak to someone on the phoneNoma
