My wife and I have several properties that we rent and this was our first experience of using Reeds Rains. It will not be the last. Viewings organised very well with good notifications, vetting process clearly robust, smooth handling of all aspects. Excellent from all the team including Zoe and Scarlett.

GoogleBy far the worst estate agents I've come across. Been moved out of a property and despite being told and in the contract the the bond will be back after 10, its been 28 days! Still waiting for a call back that was promised over a week a go. 2nd call back actually. Would stay away from these "cowboys", happy to take money but NO customer service skills at all. Really frustrating, with a lack of customer satisfaction. Every time you call you get the wrong person or promised a call back - which never comes. I Couldn’t recommend St. Helens reeds rains enough! I was so nervous about buying my first property but they made it such a pleasant experience, taking away most of the stress! The staff were amazing, in particular Eleanor who helped me find my perfect first home. She even managed to beat all other quotes that I was given. Very happy customer indeed! This is hands down is the single worst company I’ve ever I’ve ever dealt with. Over the years I’ve had a whole host problems with inventory checks (they didn’t even take any photographs for my first inventory), the maintenance department and the billings team and the drafting of the tenancy agreement terms (which has changed during the pandemic but RR hadn’t updated). All the departments are fragmented. Anyone I ever speak to hasn’t the slightest clue what is going on, are never willing to help and just do their utmost to pass the issue to another clueless person in another department. While I see the sales side of this has positive reviews and that has alao been my experience. The lettings side is completely chaotic. Steer clear!

Stay away from this agency as they are so unprofessional, dishonest and offensive (Elizabeth March and Andrea Snook). I had an accepted offer for a house and they instructed me to hire a solicitor and start the procedure. However, after 1 month, they have decided to accept a higher offer. They even did not bother to apologise for my £450 loss. Avoid this agency at all costs.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude to Reeds Rain Hazel Grove. Dealing with branch manager Dean Brandreth is making my house purchase very smooth. He always gets back to my emails promptly. If I have any questions or issues to the sellers he will pick it up very quick and get back to me pretty quick . As the sellers are not residing in the UK anymore he had to sort out few issues after my survey . He has been very professional, responsive and understanding . Couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommended

Absolutely terrible letting agents. Maintenance line might as well not exist. They do not respond to issues reported or say they will call back and never do. We even had them "booking contractors" to attend but then not showing up during our tenancy. We were left with a leaking toilet for 10 months which ruined walls and carpets in three rooms. We have now lost some of our deposit due to their negligence through the mydeposits scheme they use. Damage caused by the leak has now left us out of pocket. Disgraceful and shameless company. We paid our rent, looked after the property and had it professionally cleaned upon check out. The house was riddled with damp from top to bottom and reported many, many times. Disgusted with the company.Stay well clear.

Because of loosing my job because of covid having a gap in pay I was late paying November rent made the payment on the 17th December at 10:30 with agreement to pay December rent by the end of December.At 11:30 on the 17th December I was issued a court letter falsely claiming I still owed 2 months rent and threat of eviction when the truth is at time of letter being issued I owed 65% of the rent for December while still in December

Reed Rains maintenance is awful! Simply the worst estate agent maintenance I've ever dealt with! They never get back to my emails, never get back to me when I call them when they say they will. I've contacted about the same issues many times with no response. If the landlord is rubbish, then at least the estate agent can get back to me saying they're still waiting on the landlord. Ridiculous service, avoid at all costs. They also didn't ask the landlord to fix a water leak in the toilet until after we moved in (flusher was leaking into toilet bowl so no damage).

I am writing this review to express my gratitude to Reeds Rains St Helens following Steph visiting my home yesterday to complete a valuation on my property. What an asset she is to this branch. I have used Reeds Rains in the past to purchase my current property and couldn’t of asked for a better service at the time, however yesterday, Steph went out of her way to provide me with support and ensured that I had everything I needed. She was super patient and I cannot thank her enough for everything. Steph contacted me beforehand to confirm the visit which again was reassuring having been let down by other local companies. She went out of her way to ensure that both my children felt included and allowed my daughter to ask any questions during this time. Please pass on my thanks to her and I will continue to promote this wonderful estate agents to friends and family moving forwards.

Terrible letting agents!I've been waiting over 8 months for a list of repairs to be carried out and when I chase them up, Reeds Rains hardly ever respond. When they can be bothered to respond, it's just the same old excuses and poor attitude trying to blame everyone else and not taking responsibility like adults.I would not recommend this company in any way. Save your money and avoid these cowboys.
