Just don't go anywhere else to sell your home. Let's just get that out there off the bat. Every single member of staff are amazing and very friendly. There's nothing they won't do for you. Steve, who came out to do the initial valuation and take the pictures was very friendly and professional. The girls back in the office were equally friendly. Andrea at Reeds Reins is a superstar, as far as I’m concerned. Andrea kept me from unraveling completely during our purchase which was problematic from the start until the very last minute. The problems we had were exacerbated by our vendors’ choice of criminally incompetent solicitors - (choose wisely, folks! - when your estate agent advises you against your choice you should take their advice as you can bet they’re speaking from bitter experience!) Without Andrea’s hard work, understanding, professional and emotional support, I’m certain that our purchase would have fallen apart. I really felt like I had someone effective and caring on my side. In these no contact, COVID restricted times, a chat with Andrea was a virtual warm hug when things got tough. We got there in the end but we wouldn’t have got there without Andrea.
