From the very beginning of our first phone call with Reeds Rains the service has been friendly and professional, and above all a very unique and personable service. Staff were all very knowledgeable and informative. I can highly recommend the Bamber Bridge branch, and would definitely use again.

This is based at the Ossett branch. The worst business I have ever dealt with!! Going through renting a house currently and the way we have been dealt with is absolutely appalling. The most miserable, unprofessional, unresponsive, utterly useless people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.Not only have we been continuously lied to but now our calls are even being ignored.Tracy who we dealt with originally was just atrocious, never gave us a call once to update us so we called the branch ourselves every day to know what was going on. Only to be told now that we have transferred over to the Wakefield branch that she has done absolutely nothing and even gone against what we have been told!!!When Tracy isn't in I dealt with Emily who I thought was doing everything she could to ensure we got the keys at the weekend. Not only do we have a time limit for our current property but I'm 4 months pregnant and she knew all of this and getting married in a weeks time then going on honeymoon for 2 weeks out of the country, all of which was stated at the time of viewing the property. However, after our calls being ignored all day long we arrive at the Wakefield branch to be told that everything Emily said she was going to do, she did none of it!!!The way Emily dealt with my partner was just ridiculous, no use of words but actually shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes when he asked her a question. This company is an absolute shambles and a joke and we have not 1 good thing to say about them.They do not care about anything at all and make it unbelievably difficult and long.Never have we ever had something go on for so long and with no end in sight.The worst customer service I have ever received in my life and will never ever use them again for anything!!!!

I sold my house with Reeds Rains Pemberton and used their suggested solicitors (Stephenson's). We were so pleased with their customer service, professionalism and efficiency over our selling process. There were some bumps in the road and complications that arose (never from our side) but they were handled extremely well by all, especially Emma. We are now happy in our new home, all thanks to the support that we received throughout from Reeds Rains - they really did go above and beyond!

GoogleI believe that a business as this that caters to hospitality needs in terms of housing either renting or buying should listen and be willing to help new customers. I am in pains today in a new house I rented simply because this agency is more focused on taking my money than the quality of value given. First impressions go a long way, and reed rains has not given a good first impression regarding landlords, house agents in the UK in regards to visitors, international students coming to the UK for the first time. I was made to pay 6 months rent upfront simply because it’s my first time in the uk and hence can’t have a previous Landlord. I am highly dissatisfied as the staff that handed me my keys was unbothered about my welfare and concerns regarding the fixtures in the apartment. There was nobody to give me a tour or brief about how to live and use Morden fixtures in the house I.e heating controls and door security , security alarms and codes. This is unprofessional as anyone could get hurt using trial and error methods to figure out how electrical equipments work in a new home and I hope this is addressed by the management.

GoogleMy husband rented an apartment with your services exactly a week ago and was asked to pay 6months rents upfront against the norm of a monthly payment just because he does not have any reference. After paying that much, most of the appliances in the house is not working, no one has come to give him a tour on how to operate the appliances in the house. A good number of the bulb in the house is dead, he has sent a mail to that effect backing it up with pictures along with the checklist but he has not be replied or the problem fix. The staff are very unprofessional with zero customer service and interpersonal relationship. I won’t recommend their services to anyone especially first timers or visitors in the UK because they are just concerned about their money and not the satisfaction of their customers.
