GoogleAs a landlord, who no longer lives in the same town as her property, I have complete trust in this agency to look after both my interests and that of my tenant. Lindsay in particular has been excellent recently with an issue, working through a solution which satisfies both parties and keeping me informed at every step. However, all staff are attentive and extremely helpful.

GoogleAs refugee landlord with multiple properties from Think Property I expected the worst but service from ex Think staff has been exceptional and I am now a happy customer of Your Move. Fortunately we have arranged to get around the dreaded central office in managing my property for most things! Two years on from the review above, I want to express my thanks to Andrea Godfrey in particular, along with the rest of the team, for making my life as a landlord of 20 properties in Darlington so easy. I have been a landlord for 12 years now and never before have things been so well managed by an agent - and I have seen a lot of agents in my time! Thank you and well done!

Good morning Paul, I am sorry to see you have rated us with 1 star. I know you completed on your property yesterday; unfortunately completion day can be a very stressful time. At the time we spoke, the vendor's solicitor had not authorised key release however we phoned them to check this and they confirmed we were able to do so. Unfortunately, the vendor had not dropped the keys off at this time. We had advised the vendor previously that it is preferable to have the keys at our office in the morning in the event that completion takes place earlier in the day however this is of course something that is out of our control and we have to wait until the vendor drops them off in order to release them. Furthermore, I am glad you are now moved into your new home and we hope you will be very happy there. Of course, should you wish to discuss anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me. GoogleWould like to thank Debbie for meeting us today so that we could measure up for curtains etc at our soon to be new home.. It was Debbie who told us about this flat after showing us around a flat that didn’t tick all our boxes .. She phoned her colleague who was at the flat and arranged for us to go straight round and view it. The flat was perfect ... just what we wanted . Thank you Debbie for going that extra mile! GoogleI cannot recommend Reeds Rains, Scarborough enough after my recent experience. We were selling a holiday home during several lockdowns. In particular Bekky Lenaghan who was our point of contact throughout the process. Bekky oversaw all viewings and finally negotiated a sale on our behalf. She kept us fully updated and gave us prompt feedback after each viewing. Bekky is clearly passionate about her job and this came across through the process, leaving no stone unturned to get us the right buyer. They even called round to the property one day after we thought we had left a heater switched on and hadn’t realised until we had driven 70 miles home - nothing was too much trouble! Many thanks to the whole team in Scarborough for their invaluable support. We would have no trouble recommending them.

GoogleChose Reeds Rains because they seemed more professional at the valuation stage and we feel we made the right choice. The staff were helpful, attentive and friendly throughout. Ashleigh was our lead contact and was excellent from start to finish. She was never other than positive and supportive and was fully focused on pushing the sale through. Whenever we left a message for her she was straight back to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains.
