(Review for Reeds Rains, Pemberton, Wigan)We received excellent service from start to finish. Our initial valuation by Jemma showed thorough research and knowledge of the area. We had a few issues higher in the chain, which Emma was always on hand to help us with and chase up. Great communication throughout. The mortgage broker Sandi (embrace financial services) based n branch is extremely helpful and helped make that side of things really easy for us. Outstanding service from start to end! After looking for a property to rent for quite a while, I turned to Reeds Rains! Shelby from the Castleford branch has been absolutely amazing. She managed to find the perfect property to match my needs.Not only did she take away all the hassle and stress of moving, she also made the move happen fast! Great communication skills throughout, very pleasant and polite, and you can clearly tell she’s passionate about her career. I've had dealings with Reeds Rains in Rothwell for over 12 years, the level of service from Greg and his team is outstanding. I can honestly say I've never dealt with an estate agency quite like this one. They are all willing to go above and beyond for the customer.To this end I have to specifically mention Maria Hammill. Maria recently helped me sell my house, there was nothing that was to much trouble for Maria, her customer service was exceptional, she passed all levels of expectation. If you live in the Rothwell area and are looking to sell a property I would highly recommend working with Maria.

Hayley Hughes and the Reeds Rains team at the St. Helens branch have been superb in helping me to sort out a rental property I have in the St. Helens area. After being messed around by a tennant and an 'unhelpful letting agent in the local area' I can't believe how much their professionalism has put another local letting agent to shame. I wish I'd been with them years ago, and would urge serious landlords to stop wasting time and money on other letting agents. Although landlords may consider the costs to be slightly higher and think they are saving money in my opinion, Reeds Rains offer great value for money, also, their insurance cover for landlords including legal cover by arc legal has saved me a lot of hassle, and been very helpful in responding and recovering money owed, again, very well worth the initial amount paid!by going to lesser letting agents EXCELLENT.

Very pleased with the Lettings team at Wakefield . Samantha and Claire have done a great job finding two suitable tenants and kept me informed along the process . They’ve definitely gone above and beyond when there’s been issues . Interestingly I was considering using Reeds Rains earlier last year but circumstances changed, however I was impressed with their professionalism and support even though I didn’t end up letting at that point . So much so I didn’t look anywhere else when the flats became free.

Reeds Rains Evesham If I could leave a zero star rating I would. During the process of finding a purchaser we were not advised of some viewings, told the wrong times and agent was late on more than one occasion. After getting an offer the progress chasing was non existent. Save your money and use someone like Purplebricks as you WILL be doing all the chasing. After trying to complain, they were aggressive and completely unhelpful. Absolutely shocking and we wish we never had anything to do with themUPDATE Your complaint procedure is about as useful as your contract ( which by the way, you never gave me a copy of) and you did not give me an opportunity to exhaust said procedure before bullying us into making payment of your commission.
